  • Does insurance cover hormone replacement therapy?

    Unfortunately, insurance does not cover hormone replacement therapy. This procedure is a cash-pay service only. However, we do accept payments made through health savings accounts (HSAs) for your convenience.

  • Do you accept CareCredit?

    Yes, we do accept CareCredit. In addition, we offer various payment options, including all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Apple Pay to accommodate our clients' preferences.

  • From where can I get GLP-1 shots?

    We provide GLP-1 shots as part of our comprehensive weight loss program here at Optimal Renew. You can receive these injections at our medical spa locations.
